1. You should read the terms and conditions set out below before purchasing using this blog.
2. In these terms and conditions, the expression 'we', 'us' and 'our' are reference to El' Ayesha Hijabi Collection, the blog owner.
Ordering procedure
1. You may offer to purchase El' Ayesha Hijabi products or other good described in this blog for the price specified on this blog.
2. Your order must contain your name, postal address, phone number, e-mail address, and any other ordering information specified on this blog.
3. Confirmation on your purchase will be sent to your e-mail once your payment has been cleared. If you do not receive any confirmation e-mail within two business days, please contact ayesha.hijabi@gmail.com.
4. You may not cancel an order once it has been submitted, even if our confirmation e-mail is still pending.
Cancellation due to error or unavailability
You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information, or which are unavailable due to a typographical error or like oversight. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transactions, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your money has been transferred. We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of goods.
Return & Refund
1. Our products are individually and thoroughly inpected before shipment. Our quality control is very strict. major defects are very rarely found.
2. However, only SIGNIFICANTLY DEFECTIVE merchandise is eligible for a refund.
3. Please check all clothes upon receiving the package. If you find any defective parts, please take a clear photo of the defect part and email it to us. We can either give you a discount or we can issue a full refund of the cloth price if the cloth is being returned back to us. Returning postage must be shouldered by buyer.
4. Please note that claiming for a discount/refund for defective clothes can only be done within 3 days after receiving the shipment. If 3 days has exceeded, your claims will not be accepted.
Delivery
1. Delivery of the El' Ayesha Hijabi products will be effected in the manner described on this blog.
2. All items will be sent by courier (PosLaju Express).
3. Your tracking number will be sent to you once we courier your order.
